Jeff Guignard, executive director of British Columbia's Beverage Licensee Alliance (ABLE BC), has expressed his disbelief at the rationing of products in the province's government-run liquor stores. Starting Friday, customers will be subject to purchase limits due to ongoing labor action. Every year, British Columbians return an impressive 93 million empty alcoholic beverage containers to BC Liquor Stores for recycling. This helps to reduce our environmental impact and we thank everyone for doing their part.
However, the current situation has left many wondering why BC Liquor Stores are running out of stock.
